  這首歌曲在二零零七年三月二十六日創作和錄製,是專為菲奥多拉基金會作為一個慈籌的用途(www.theodora.org ),這個基金會早巳在一九九三年在瑞士成立,並且己發展到全世界的國家
  
  這首歌是一首非常感動的歌曲,歌曲的內容是講述小丑醫生的故事和他與病人的一些關係,與此同時更會為這首歌製作一個音樂的影像,並在全香港小丑醫生的工作地區播放
  
  菲奥多拉基金會(Theodora Foundation)是由Jan,Andre Poulie 始創的,構思是來自他們的母親Theodora,但早巳在一九九二年九月逝世,生前她是非常懂得關心別人的人,而且非常幽默,也非常熱愛小朋友,一九九六年七月這個基金會正式在香港運作,第一個小丑醫生是在瑪麗醫院工作,這個基金正服務於六間香港的醫院,是由六位小丑醫生負責處理,這班小丑醫生己受了非常專業的訓練,並且非常遵守醫院內的守則,對醫院內的衛生環境也有一定的知識, 很多患病的小朋友因長期住在醫院,便忘記了出面的世界,甚至不認得出面的世界,所以小丑醫生會經常帶同他的歡樂到每一位小朋友,給他們所需,當小丑醫生與他們歡樂的時候,便能夠用笑聲和遊戲令到他們忘記身體上的痛楚和心靈上的創傷

[Chinese title (The Clown & Me)]

This song was composed and written by Chan Chu Fai Rex on 26-03-07 to the benefit of “Theodora Foundation” (www.theodora.org) which is originally a Foundation from Switzerland and has grown worldwide since 1993.  The Theodora Foundation was founded by Jan & André Poulie in memory of their mother Theodora, who died of cancer in September 1992.  She was full of life, had a great sense of humor and loved children.  Theodora Foundation started in Hong Kong in July 1996 with its 1st “Clown Doctor” at the Queen’s Mary hospital and the foundation is now active in 6 hospitals in Hong Kong with 6 “Clown Doctors”.  The “Clown Doctors” are professionally trained clowns who are also carefully trained to work in hospital environment respecting hygiene and hospital rules.  They pay visits on a regular basis to hospitalized children who are staying in for a long period of time and who are in a way cut off from the outside world, facing harsh medical treatment and pain on a daily basis.  The “Clown Doctors” always bring a moment of happiness to the children and while they are here, the children can just forget for a while about the needles, play and laugh.
