Monogel is vintage/garage rock band formed in late 2003, with members coming from different established local bands and also distinctly different musical background. At first, Monogel was started as an experimental music project, but has since slowly evolved into a band with its own sound and style. In the summer of 2004, Monogel competed in the World Battle of the Band and has reached the Hong Kong Regional Final. Now Monogel is busy working on their debut album, and hope to reach out to more audiences.

Monogel是於2003年尾組成的搖滾樂隊，成員都是來自不同的樂隊和音樂背景，走的是Garage/Vintage Rock 路線，以爽勁節奏和搶耳結他。最初Monogel只是一個實驗性的side project，
後來漸漸進化成為富自己風格和獨特聲音的樂隊。於2004年夏天， Monogel 參與了The World Battle of the Bands, 以全新樂隊的姿態殺入香港區決賽並擠身最後五強。當時Monogel組成仍不足一年。現在
Monogel正忙於製作第一張大碟，並希望能參與更加多的演出，讓更多人能認識Monogel的音樂。
